: The work, duties and rights of the Assembly shall be as follows:-
(a) To approve the policies, plans and programs of the Foundation,
(b)    To approve the annual budget of the Foundation,
(c)    To approve the rules of the establishment,
(d) To award scholarships, degrees, certificates, medals and awards on behalf of the institution (e) to confer honorary degrees as may be prescribed,
(f) To guide and give necessary instructions to the various bodies of the establishment under his authority,
(G) To give necessary suggestions to the Government of Nepal while formulating the National Health and Education Policy (h)    To approve the annual report of the Foundation,
(j) To discuss and approve the audit report of the establishment,
(j) To make necessary arrangements for the establishment of educational institutions (k) To do other work as specified.
